From the North:

Travel U.S. Highway 31 South to Southway Boulevard. Turn right onto Southway Boulevard. (NOTE: Howard Regional Health System will be on right side of highway.) Travel 1 block to Lafountain Street. Turn right onto Lafountain Street. Travel 1 block to the stoplight located in front of Howard Regional Health System. Turn right and follow the directional signage to our center. Fairmont Rehabilitation Center is located on the south side of Howard Regional Health System.

From the South:

Travel U.S. Highway 31 North to Southway Boulevard. Turn left onto Southway Boulevard. Travel 1 block to Lafountain Street. Turn right onto Lafountain Street. Travel 1 block to the stoplight located in front of Howard Regional Health System. Turn right and follow the directional signage to our center. Fairmont Rehabilitation Center is located on the south side of the Howard Regional Health System.
