8. Fairmont’s rehabilitation services are top-notch! We have care partners who are experts in helping our neighbors gain the greatest independence possible. We are proud of the fact that many neighbors are able to return to their homes after a successful course of therapy.
7. Neighbors and their families are included at least quarterly in care plan meetings so as to have a voice in the care provided to the individual.
